Jasmine & Aaron created Bravo! together in late 2024 (becoming a ltd. company in 2026), when they realised that their storied backgrounds in hospitality as well as consideration for design and event logistics would establish them as industry leaders. Travelling across the country (& occasionally beyond) for events keeps them busy, but when not working you might find them riding motorcycles around Scotland’s twisting turns or enjoying an evening eating and drinking with friends.
Beginning her hospitality career as front-of-house and then a bartender, Jasmine’s love for high-quality hospitality & genuine approach to caring for guests, team members and overall tastiness was locked in early. After years spent running busy food, beverage and retail operations in London, notably for English whisky-makers East London Liquor Company, Jasmine moved up to Edinburgh in 2021 for a short-term consultancy project and fell in love with Scotland and its vibrant food and drinks scene. She continues to operate and consult on exciting projects in the city, recently working with a wine bar, a pizzeria and an award-winning restaurant. Beyond this, she continues to work closely with brands both in London & Edinburgh and is constantly seeking the next exciting proposal. Inspired by her interests and equipped with years of industry experience, Jasmine’s approach to every new project is one of grounded creativity; looking not only to create, but seamlessly deliver unique experiences. She’s at her happiest turning a good idea into something that actually works on the floor — making sure the experience feels effortless for the guest, even when there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.
With over two decades of experience, Aaron has served the drinks industry in three different ways. Starting his journey in iconic hospitality institutions such as The Savoy, London & Salvatore’s at 14 Park Lane (awarded titles such as World’s Best Drinks List & World’s Best Hotel Bar during his time there), he excelled in national and international cocktail competitions - championing Scotland and the UK on the world stage. Aaron then spent 6 years working for Bacardi Martini Ltd. (& their iconic family of brands) as an on-trade education & event specialist designing cocktail menus, educational platforms and events for industry-leading accounts. After joining an international experiential marketing agency, creating large scale events and innovative brand activations, he set up his own production & design agency - Powderkeg Production. Alongside his work at Powderkeg, Aaron pours his unique experience and insight into Bravo Bars & Events, bringing his deep-rooted passion for drinks to life. He is a creative collaborator, lover of high hospitality and established leader in the industry. Aaron is fascinated by the space where drinks, people and brands meet — and by the small details that can turn a good event into something people actually remember.
