After years spent running busy food, beverage and retail operations in London, notably for English whisky-makers East London Liquor Company, Jasmine moved up to Edinburgh in 2021 for a short-term consultancy project and fell in love with Scotland and its vibrant food and drinks scene. She continues to operate and consult on exciting projects in the city, recently working with a wine bar, a pizzeria and an award-winning restaurant. Inspired by her interests and equipped with years of industry experience, Jasmine’s approach to every new project is one of grounded creativity; looking not only to create, but seamlessly deliver unique experiences.
